At YansCrystal, we strive to ensure that every creator receives high-quality accessories for their projects. However, we understand that mistakes happen or items may not meet your specific needs. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or order number is required.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened Nail Art Supplies: For hygiene reasons, any nail gels, polishes, powders, or adhesives that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.
  • Cut or Altered Materials: Garment accessories (e.g., lace, ribbon, chain) that have been cut to length or altered from their original state.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
  • Gift Cards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our delicate accessories (beads, charms, findings). However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:
  1. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at yanscrystal@hotmail.com.
  3. Include your order number and photos/video of the damaged item and the packaging.
  4. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Email us at yanscrystal@hotmail.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  2. Include the reason for the return and photos of the item if applicable.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
    • Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or if we sent the wrong product.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., color variation), please return the original item first. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement to you.
  • For wholesale customers needing to swap bulk items, please contact our support team directly for a customized solution.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will not receive a refund for the cost of return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

7. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale purchases, specific return terms may apply based on the volume and nature of the order. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact our B2B support team at yanscrystal@hotmail.com before initiating a return for bulk orders.
